Welcome to Many Blessings: Your Complete Reiki Collection!

This collection includes Reiki courses and practices for everyone, and can be used to enhance and refresh your practice, wherever you are in your Reiki journey.

For ease of navigation, this collection is structured into five sections: Start Here, All Levels, Beginner/Level 1, Intermediate/Level 2, and Master/Level 3. In each section you'll find the courses most appropriate to that level of practice, as well as several standalone practices.

Feel free to rotate through the collection sequentially, or to choose a section or practice to work through. These practices are for you to use in the way that is most beneficial for you.

Each practice has a timing in its title. For meditation-only practices, this will be straightforward, i.e. the length of the track or video (5 mins), but for some of the course lessons, it will be a timing range (5-10 mins). The smaller number will be the length of the recorded content, and the larger number will be an estimated time for any journalling or reflection practice. Of course, you can spend as little or as much time reflecting and journalling as you wish, and this estimated timing is just a guide.

You'll also see the name of your guide in the course or practice title.
